Lauren Power
I am a mum, qualified nutritionist, and a personal trainer who believes that food and movement should support your life, not control it. My passion for nutrition comes from both study and lived experience. I have struggled with my relationship with food in the past, and learning how to understand my body, let go of guilt, and build confidence through knowledge completely changed how I felt physically and mentally.
Today, I support women and mums to do the same. My approach is holistic, non-diet, and evidence-based, with a strong focus on education and realistic routines that fit busy lives. I combine nutrition and movement in a way that feels practical and sustainable, helping clients feel energised, strong, and confident without restriction, quick fixes, or rigid plans.
